Step 2 - Send Court Papers
After you've submitted the Intake Form, the next step is to submit the documents you need served on the Defendant, provided that you haven't uploaded them already. We will serve your court papers within the next 2-5 business days from the date we receive your papers, so it's important that you do so as soon as possible. Here's how:

In most instances, it is OK to serve a copy of your pleadings unless your Court has ordered otherwise. We will send you a confirmation e-mail to acknowledge receipt of your court papers. If we do not confirm receipt within 12 hours, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Most courts OK service of legible copies of the pleadings. Therefore, you may send your summons, petition, complaint and other court documents to our fax:

Take the C to Rockaway Avenue, then board the B60 bus bound for Canarsie. Get off at the corner of Pitkin Avenue and Rockaway Avenue.

Take the J/Z to Alabama Avenue, then board the B12 bus bound for Lefferts Gardens. Get off at the corner of Rockaway Avenue and East New York Avenue.

Take the L to Sutter Avenue, then board the B14 bus bound for Crown Heights. Get off at the corner of Rockaway Avenue and Pitkin Avenue.

Take the 3 to Rockaway Avenue, then board the B60 bus bound for Williamsburg. Get off at the corner of Pitkin Avenue and Rockaway Avenue.

Take the 4 to Crown Heights-Utica Avenue, then board the B14 bus bound for Spring Creek. Get off at the corner of Rockaway Avenue and Pitkin Avenue.

Take the LIRR (bound for Atlantic Terminal) to East New York, then board the B12 bus bound for Lefferts Gardens. Get off at the corner of Rockaway Avenue and East New York Avenue.

From Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Staten Island or Central New Jersey: From the I-278 (BQE, Staten Island Expressway), the Southern State Parkway or the Cross Island Parkway, take the Belt Parkway to Exit 13 (Rockaway Parkway), then slight right onto Rockaway Avenue.

From Queens, Long Island or The Bronx: From the Van Wyck Expressway or the Grand Central Parkway, take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to its western end, and follow signs for East New York Avenue. Make a left on Rockaway Avenue.

From Manhattan, The Bronx, Northern New Jersey or Westchester County: From the FDR Drive or the Holland Tunnel, take the Manhattan Bridge to Flatbush Avenue, then continue straight to Grand Army Plaza. Follow signs for Eastern Parkway. Slight right on Pitkin Avenue, then make a left on Rockaway Avenue.
